Calgary has one of the most vibrant disc golf communities in the world. Our membership numbers (852) from 2021 make us one of the biggest organized disc golf clubs ANYWHERE! Our membership numbers are very important for the club to allow us to have a voice with the city as well as participate in larger fund raising events, which in turn helps us continue to provide an excellent variety of courses in Calgary as well as bringing new ones online.
The CDGC also provides beginner clinics, and various leagues and events throughout the year for our members.

How do I enter the CDGC 1000 Contest?
- If you are a current CDGC member – you are entered!
- If your renew your existing membership – you are entered!
- If you create a new CDGC Junior/Annual/Family membership – you are entered!
How can I increase my chances of winning these great prizes and help support the CDGC with bigger membership numbers?
- Upgrade your existing Annual Membership to a Family Membership for $15.
- Your new Family Membership can have up to 4 family members added
- Each Person under a Family Membership gets an entry to the draw.
- Existing Family Members are also automatically entered in the draw, and can gain more entries by adding in additional members, up to 4, at no extra cost.

How can I increase my chances of winning even more?
If you know someone who has never been a CDGC Member and would like to signup, they can fill in the ‘Referred by’ field with your name in the registration process. This will give you an additional entry in the contest. Note: ‘Referred’ name must be a current CDGC Member.
- Chances to win prizes depends on the total number of current CDGC Members
- Prizes will be added to the pool after membership milestones are reached
- Entries accepted up to the end of August.
- Prize draws will take place in September
- Note: Family memberships are $43 annually, $15 is the difference between your existing membership ($28) and the Family membership.
