First Robotics was a great success – The CDGC introduced Disc Golf to 100’s of kids and adults. I estimate we had about 400 people try out disc golf in two days. There were some definite stars in the crowd who caught on to the game immediately. We put up a putting area and a 5 basket course in the 1/3 of the Oval we were given. Along with that we got to ride on a motorized easy chair, a segway and saw some awesome robot action. Thanks to Rudy, Jim, Lobo, Don and Kevin for showing up to help out! We now have 400 less people saying ‘What the hell is Disc Golf?”
