The Calgary Disc Golf Club is proud to present the 2nd Annual Putt-A-Palooza! The event will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 from 9 AM – 3 PM at the Calgary Horseshoe Club (4310 78 Ave. SE) and is open to CDGC Members ($40), Non-Members ($55) and Juniors ($20, under age 18).
Beat the winter blues and put your putting skills to the test with a brand new 12-lane indoor disc golf obstacle course like no other! Meet other members of Calgary’s growing disc golf scene, toss your best round for a chance at prizes, or get lucky in the raffle. Everyone gets one entry, but you can boost your chances by buying additional tickets!
This event is suitable for all skill levels, and players will be sorted into divisions based on their scores following the first round of play. While players will rotate from lane to lane on the course, there may be some downtime between lanes 12 and 1 – the perfect chance to try your luck at this year’s new side challenge, Putter Pong!
Lunch (chili/smokie, chips/cookies, pop/water/coffee) is included in your registration fee, as well as a new grow the sport initiative which will either upgrade your existing CDGC single membership to a CDGC family membership (a $15 value for existing CDGC single membership holders) or provide a single CDGC membership (a $28 value for non-members) at no extra charge. Existing CDGC family membership holders will receive bonus raffle tickets!
Additional drinks/snacks will be available for purchase. The Calgary Horseshoe Club has asked that no outside food or drink be brought into the venue (a water bottle is ok). The registration deadline is Thursday, Feb. 29th at 11:59 PM MST and refunds are permitted for cancellations before this date. Only substitutions will be permitted after this date.
